Actively managing your property

  • Completion of a comprehensive ingoing condition report signed by the property manager and tenant
  • Collection, receipting and remittance of the rent to your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer (EFT)
  • Full rent arrears management. Please not that we have sophisticated systems in place to minimise arrears including phone, SMS and letter based reminders
  • Maintenance of your property. Management and supervision of repairs by trades people at the very best price
  • Detailed inspection completed at least 4 times each year with additional inspections available if you require them

Regular detailed inspections

  • Our inspections are complete at regular intervals with periodic inspections occurring 4 times per year
  • We will provide you with a detailed condition report and a schedule of recommended routine maintenance after each inspection
  • At the end of each tenancy we will inspect your property and ensure that the tenant leaves the property in its original condition (fair wear and tear expected). We also advise you of any maintenance or renovation work that may be required.
