Initial Funds
Bond
We require a bond of the equivalent of 3 or 4 weeks rent, depending upon the property and your circumstances.
Rent in advance
One or two weeks rental payable in advance depending upon whether you choose to pay weekly or fortnightly
Letting fee
A fee equivalent to one week rent plus GST is our fee.
NB: All the above must be paid prior to the occupation of the property

View the property & meet Property Manager
- To apply for a property through Summit Property Management applicants must have viewed the property and met one of our Property Managers.
Application Form
- An application form can be downloaded from our Tenant - Downloads page and needs to be completed and faxed, or delivered, to one of our offices.
- Good quality information provided here will assist your application for tenancy.
Criteria
- Our criteria are that you must have clear credit, a good landlord/agent and or professional character reference.
